Alfouz Care Services (ACS), is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), founded in 2024 by Faiza Mohamed, a dedicated Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience in behavioral healthcare. ACS provides personalized in-home support services with a patient-centered approach. Our team of caregivers deliver compassionate, respectful care to help clients maintain their independence and well-being in the comfort of their own homes.

SERVICES

Skilled care is provided on an intermittent basis (via visits) for patients confined to home due to illness, injury, or recovery from surgery. We also provide in-home care for adults 18 and older, including the elderly, disabled individuals, those recovering from illness or surgery, or anyone in need of special care. Services are available in your home, hospital, nursing home, or convalescent center. We offer live-in, overnight, or hourly shifts. Service is available for as little as two (2) hours or as many as seven (7) days a week. Plans of Care are customized to meet your specific health and cultural needs.
